I was captured by the work of the architect Calatrava when I visited Valencia. I wanted to portray these architectural wonders in my own, minimalistic style that I always use in my other work. The circumstances lend themselves more for black and white photography than colour. The City of Arts and Sciences itself was very graphical too, so therefor I created this serie in black and white.

Venice is a city unrivaled. No city has the allure and grandeur of Venice. No matter how often one goes, it will always reveal something new to you. Unnecessary to say, I will go back again.
